Hope Church is one of nine partner churches of The Restore Network – Williamson Area, a 5-county region in southern Illinois. Restore Network is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the culture of foster care with trauma-informed training and wrap-around family support.  It was created to help the Church respond tangibly to the foster care crisis. Restore Network links arms with foster parents on the front lines through long-standing partnerships with child welfare agencies and court staff, as well as through robust teams of volunteers. The volunteer teams support foster families with meal trains, shopping for newly placed children, respite care, and serving at trainings and other special events for the children and families. Monica Lomas serves as the Hope Church advocate––a liaison between a partner church and Restore Network.
